Hygiene Policy
We expect all guests to come after a shower, and not directly from sports/activities. In a situation of necessity, the golf/racket bathrooms have an individual shower, please ask the spa for a towel and we would be happy to accommodate. *All treatments start and end on time
Safety
Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or any ailment that may prohibit your taking heat, massage or skin care therapies. We highly discourage excessive alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following spa treatments. Please avoid immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy. We discourage shaving immediately prior to treatments.
Service Charge
An 18% service charge is automatically applied to all services and packages. If you feel you have received exceptional service, please let us know, as additional gratuities may be left at your discretion in appreciation of outstanding service.
Cancellation
As a courtesy to other guests and staff, cancellations and time changes must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid full cost. For parties of three or more, we request 72 hours’ notice for cancellation of any appointments to avoid being charged in full.
How early do I arrive at the spa?
You only have to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment; however, we do have both indoor and outdoor sitting areas if you’d like to arrive early to relax.
What do I wear in my treatment?
All spa treatments are respectful of your comfort levels. We suggest undressing down to your level of comfort, from just undergarments to nothing, knowing we only undrape area being directly worked on and maintaining your privacy and professionalism from us as a team.
What should I bring to the spa?
Yourself and comfortable clothes only. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the Spa, as we cannot guarantee the security of these items.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take all major credit cards, cash or checks with an ID.
